The National Weather Service warned you should be prepared for some inclement weather again today -- much like yesterday. Weather forecasters have issued a flash flood warning for Oahu until 3:30 p.m. There is heavy rain falling over Central Oahu. In some areas rain is falling as much as three inches an hour. Also, rapid rises in water levels have been reported in streams in southwest Oahu. And, a water spout was reported about a half-mile off Tracks Beach at Barbers Point at 12:37 p.m. Again there's a flash flood warning for the Island of Oahu until 3:30 p.m. Take the appropriate cautionary action.
