Many people are focusing on the Mayoral Election as the main battleground over the Rail Project. However, there is another front to this battle. A lawsuit is currently underway to stop work on the multi-billion dollar project. The suit accuses city and Federal Transit Administration officials of violating federal laws during the planning of the 20 mile rail line.
