Well, maybe not dead, but certainly delayed. Due to the Hawaii State Supreme Court ruling last Friday and the City's subsequent decision, rail construction has been halted while the archaelogical studies proceed. These studies could take anywhere from 5-18 months to perform. Here to tell us more about it is Dr Panos from UH.
