Due to the Hawaii State Supreme Court ruling last Friday and the City's subsequent decision, rail construction has been halted while the archaelogical studies proceed. These studies could take anywhere from 5-18 months to perform. Here to tell us more about it is Dr Panos from UH. It's our weekly Rail Talk segment where we discuss all things rail, transportation, etc. We even fielded a question regarding the Homelessness here. It's just like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to hear. So don't miss this. Listen here.
