How about a hand for Sen. Rand Paul!

I love his filibuster and the messages he delivered.  It’s unfathomable to consider the AG of the USA says that the president can kill Americans on American soil and there is a constitutional justification for that most egregious of acts.
I really never thought any president would purposefully toss the constitution to the side of the road in such a cavalier way.  To dispatch a drone or any other armament upon on US citizen not engaging in provocative behavior and kill them violates, at the very least, the 5th Amendment.  But, AG Holder says it’s okay.  And, the president says he doesn’t intend to use such force.  How comfortable are you with THIS scenario?  Remember, we are talking about non-combatant citizens.  Now, in a hearing with Sen. Ted Cruz, AG Holder relented that it would be illegal to carry out this action, but there never was a reference to the constitutionality.  There needs to be immediate clarification of this president’s position and constitutional response.
